Tropical island with a beautiful house and a pool waiting to be your own paradise in Second Life. The sim is part of a complex of homesteads that offer more than 1,000,000 sq.m. of navigable waters open to sailing, surfing, etc, so you can sail across sims if you feel like it.

The house itself is not transferable but you can use it if you like or replace it with your own.
