What is tier?
Tier is a maintenance fee that is applied to anyone who owns land in Second Life and covers the expenses for bandwidth and the server your land is hosted on. In Wonderland you pay the tier directly to us (and we pay it to Linden Labs), therefore you do not need a premium account to own land with us.
-
What is Covenant?
The Covenant contains the terms and conditions of owning property in an Estate. If you don't agree on these terms, you won't be able to buy land. It's very useful to read the Covenant thoroughly before you buy so that you know what to expect. You will find the Covenant by right clicking on the ground > About Land > Covenant tab.

I have a premium account. Can I use it to pay for the tier fees in Wonderland?
No, you have to pay a tier directly to Wonderland Estates. If you don't own land in mainland, you can even downgrade your account to basic.

How do I buy land?
After you have found the land you want, it's time to buy it. Buying land in Second Life is easy:
1. Right-click the parcel you want to purchase.
2. Choose About Land.
3. Click the Buy Land button.Of course, it's best to know what you're getting into, so take note of the following tips:
* Hit Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P on your keyboard to see parcel boundary lines. Make sure you know what you're purchasing.
* Take note of the About Land listings for the land's area in square meters.
* Read the Primitives Parcel Supports entry in the About Land window's Objects tab. This indicates how many primitives you can place on this land. -
What happens if I don't pay my tier or rent?
You have 5 days period of grace to pay your tier. If at the end of this period we have not heard from you, your land will be reclaimed and no refund will be issued.

I want my friends to set their home to my land. How do I do it?
You need to deed your land to a group that you have founded and then invite your friends to this group. After that they will be able to set their home to your land.
-
How do I deed land to a group?
* Right-click the land and choose About Land.
* In the General tab, click Set and select the group.
* Select Allow Deed To Group.
* Click Deed.
* If you're not an officer of the group you want to deed your land to, you'll have to ask an officer to click Deed for you.Caution: The owners and the officers of the group will be able to sell it anytime. Wonderland cannot be held responsible in case a co-owner or officer sells your land. -
How do I keep people off my land?
Limiting Access To Specific People
* Right-click your parcel of land and choose About Land.
* Click the Access tab.
* Select the Group checkbox to restrict access so only group members may enter. (Go to the General tab and click Set to change this group.)
* Or, select the Avatars checkbox and enter specific Residents who may access the property.Caution: In Wonderland and in most private estates these options can be used ONLY while you are inside your property and have to be removed once you leave it.
Block Specific People from Access
* Right-click your parcel of land and choose About Land.
* Click the Ban tab.
* Select the Ban Avatars checkbox and enter specific Residents who may not access the property.Caution: In Wonderland you are allowed to ban ONLY individuals and not entire groups of people based on their payment status .
On Using Scripts
You can use scripted objects to enhance your land ownership tools. Generally, such scripts should:
* Provide at least 30 sec warning to the undesired Resident.
* Only work within the property lines (this includes projectiles that cannot operate beyond the parcel boundaries).
* Not be excessive in the removal of the unwanted Resident. Pushing them off the property is enough; intentionally applying a script to disrupt their Second Life connection or online status is not allowed. -
People litter my land with their prims. What can I do?
* Go to About Land > Options tab and uncheck the "all residents" box for Create Objects and Object Entry. This way only the members of your group will be able to rezz objects on your land.

How do I add media to my land?
Right-click on the ground and select About Land > Media. Insert a working music URL in the "Music URL" field. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a working URL. You must own the parcel, or have sufficient group abilities on a group-owned parcel in order to modify the land's media settings.
If you cannot listen to your music, make sure that the music URL is working and that you have enabled audio both on your pc and the SL viewer.
